Thanks for shopping with Cab & Canine: gear for dogs who ride along. Here's how shipping works.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories: shipping options and costs, if available, are shown at checkout.

Shipping rates (contiguous 48 states)

Free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more (order subtotal before tax).
Flat $4.95 standard shipping on orders under $49.

Delivery times

Our products ship from partner warehouses in the United States and overseas (China). Each product page shows where the item ships from.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and holidays can add time.
Orders containing items from different warehouses may arrive in separate packages on different days. You pay shipping only once per order.
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each package once it ships.
If we can't ship your order within the time we stated, we'll let you know, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, any reshipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Lost, late, or damaged packages

Tracking hasn't moved in 14 days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped? Contact us. We'll open a trace with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
Tracking says delivered but you can't find it? Check around your property, with neighbors, and with your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll file a claim with the carrier and do our best to help.
Arrived damaged? See our Return & Refund Policy. We'll replace or refund it at no cost.
